How many reflector surfaces does a radio telescope have ?

Most have only 1 reflector.
Edit. Actually the smaller “reflector” behind the “antenna” is a shield so that it recieves only the reflected signal. If it was not there you would get two, slightly out of phase signals.

Generally 2, the parabolic main reflector and a smaller reflector facing it, behind the antenna.
Of course, there are radio astronomy stations now that use a collection of individual smaller dishes that “replace” the need for a huge dish. Lots of reflectors there.
