Astronomy is the scientific study of celestial objects (IE: stars, planets, comets, and galaxies) and happennings outside of the Earth’s atmosphere. It is concerned with the evolution, physics, chemistry, meteorology, and motion of celestial objects, and the formation and development of the universe.

You can find all about it in depth on wikipedia. Good luck!

It is the study of all things in outer space. This could include constellations, celestial bodies, physics, and chemistry in outer space. I could write 5 paragraphs on it, but to make a long story short, anything having to do with space is astronomy.
